INTRODUCTION  

The Vantram (“Vantram”, “we” or “us”) websites (collectively, the "Website"), all other products and services, including mobile applications, owned, controlled or offered by Vantram, and all content offered as part thereof, including content offered by Vantram through 3rd party products, software applications, or services, are collectively referred to herein as the "Services." Subscribers, account holders, customers, users, and others who download, access, use, and/or subscribe to the Services (the "User" or "you") are required to agree to the following privacy policy terms (the "Privacy Policy"). If you object to anything in this Privacy Policy, you are not permitted to use the Services.

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy, and you represent that you are of legal Adult age in your location.  

WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED 

We receive, collect and store any information you enter through the Services or provide us in any other way. Vantram requires certain pieces of personal information in order to operate as designed. Requested information for use of the Services may include, but is not limited to:

  • password for access to Services, Website, or application

Some of this user-provided information is optional, but a name, an active email address, and password to access our site, are required to use any of the Services.  You agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that the password you provide to Vantram for purposes of accessing our Services is in your control.  Such password may be encrypted by Vantram’s Third Party partner (i.e. Hosting) User Content you voluntarily make public using the Services will be used as described in the section entitled “User-Submitted Content” in the Terms of Service.  

Analytics: We use third-party service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Services. Each time you visit the Services we and our third-party service providers automatically collect your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device identifier or other unique identifier, browser and computer type, access time, the webpage you came from and go to next, and your interaction with the Services. In particular, we use Google Analytics, which is a service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Services. This information will never be released to others on a personally identifiable basis, but may be released in a compiled manner.

Vantram believes that the privacy of its users is paramount and strives to use their data only in ways outlined in this Privacy Policy. We use the information we collect: 

  • to enable you to use our Services, to process information you provide via our Services and to process your transactions; 

  • to perform statistical, demographic and marketing analyses of our users and for other internal business purposes to improve our Services; 

  • to provide you with information, products, or services that you have requested; 

  • to tailor content we or third parties display to you, both on the Services and elsewhere online; 

  • to comply with regulatory and legal obligations. 

  • To communicate with you about any new releases or features via a communication method you have provided to us. 

SHARING YOUR INFORMATION 

We do not sell, trade, or rent your information to others. 

Advertising:  Vantram does not currently partner with advertising companies or Ad networks.  If Vantram does partner with advertising companies, we will notify you of any related changes to this Privacy Policy. 

Third Parties: Vantram may engage certain service providers for additional features (i.e. hosting, communication, etc.). Vantram will thoroughly examine the privacy policies of partners to ensure that its users’ data is safe and taken care of responsibly.  Vantram will share only the minimum user data with such Third parties as is required to provide Services using the capabilities of these Third parties.  However, Vantram is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices of such Third parties.  

Transfers: Vantram may disclose certain information in the event that it is merged, acquired, sold, or some of its assets are acquired. If, in Vantram’s discretion, your information will be handled in a materially different manner than it was by Vantram, you may have the opportunity to opt-out of having your information shared with any acquirer.  

Law Enforcement: Vantram will cooperate with law enforcement and disclose any requested information if we believe, in good faith, that such disclosure is necessary to: (i) handle fraud, attacks against our systems, or security conflicts, (ii) remain in line with currently applicable state and federal laws or regulations, (iii) continue to abide by our Terms of Service, or (iv) protect the public or Vantram from any attacks against intellectual or physical property rights.

Depending on where you live, you may have certain legal rights with respect to any personal information collected about you, including the right to access, correct, remove, or restrict the use of your personal information. We will respond to such requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws.  If you cancel your account, Vantram will take reasonable measures to make your account information inaccessible and will limit its access to personally identifiable data only to perform those tasks that are necessary to complete your request. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY ONLINE  

Vantram values the protection of your information and uses reasonable measures including encrypting information to protect your information.  However, you should remain aware that any information you share online could be accessed by others. Vantram will not be responsible in any way for the actions of those who obtain your information from content you have shared online. Vantram cannot guarantee your safety and security and you should be aware that submitting any information and using the Services is done at your own risk.  

JURISDICTION  

All information passed through Vantram is primarily handled in the United States but may from time to time be handled in another country in which Vantram or its affiliate companies maintain facilities.  By using the Services, you agree that the handling of your personal information and any communication through the Services, will be governed by the laws of the United States and any applicable state laws.
