Regular Orders

For existing pieces that have already been made, the process is really simple. Once we receive your paid online order, we package the item securely, and ship it out to you typically within 3-5 business days.

Custom Orders

If you wish to have a piece custom made for you, the process is a bit longer but straightforward.

First, submit a request for the piece. You may also submit sketches, photographs, swatches of materials, colors to match, etc.

I will discuss your expectations, time frame, budget, etc. with you via phone/email/video.

I will work up a rough sketch or set of concepts to review with you. Once you approve the work via signed contract, you will need to pay 50% of the agreed-to fee upfront.

Subsequently, I'll start work on the piece(s). I will keep you notified on the progress.

When the pieces are finally done, I will review them with you via phone/email/video.

Once you have paid the remainder of the fee, the items will be delivered to you.

Shipping

I ship all pieces worldwide (to most countries) through UPS, FedEX, USPS, DHL, or other local carriers. All pieces are packed securely in sturdy and discrete cardboard boxes with protective materials inside.

Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping preferences.

For those clients in the Atlanta, Georgia, USA area, I can make arrangements for in-person pickups.

  • If there is a problem with a piece or some damage due to shipping, I'll do my best to remedy it. I am generally able to take back a piece if it has been unused and is in its original condition. I do not accept returns of used or damaged pieces. I also do not accept returns of custom-made pieces. For any returns, refunds are typically issued with 3-5 business days to the same payment mechanism used for the initial purchase.

  • If there is a problem with a piece or some damage due to shipping, I'll do my best to remedy it. Many of my pieces are delicate and should be handled with care. While I'm able to repair pieces due to damage from rough handling, this will require an additional fee.

  • All jewelry have a generous about of space to accommodate necks and arms of all sizes.
    How does the Jewelry Attach?
    I typically use magnetic clasps which work well for most situations.
    How do I maintain your pieces?
    Jewelry should be kept in a dust-free case when not in use.
    Dolls may require occasional dusting with a light feather or brush. Please be gentle and delicate in dusting these. Alternatively, dolls may also be displayed in dust-free plastic or glass containers.

  • For simplicity and security, we don’t have a login into our site. We don’t store any client data on the site. When you place an order through a payments provider (currently Stripe), your payment information is processed by that provider. We receive acknowledgement of your payment but not credit card details. Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation. You can communicate directly with us through that email.
